The Yeshiva and Beis Medrash Training includes several workshops geared towards teenage and older boys, along with parallel workshops for parents and school staff. These workshops address the basics of relationships on a developmentally appropriate level, introducing the concepts of self-awareness, healthy boundaries in peer relationships, and how these concepts generalize to all relationships in life.

Workshops for staff and parents cover the above, psychological foundations of the teenage years, and give concrete tools to use when supporting teens as they navigate the often-rocky landscape of interpersonal relationships. These workshops run approximately 2 hours, and can be broken up into multiple sessions.
